Flying to Hawaii will take you some time. We have always used Delta because we have their credit card and use points a LOT. Delta flights tend to stop in LAX for a layover… and by the time you arrive in Los Angeles, you will likely be ready for a little break.  We sat separately on this first leg of the flight.
